Within its 26-year academic background and commercial activities in the ship and maritime sector, it pays great attention to the in-house training processes of its engineers in order to maintain this philosophy.
The time spent on industrial projects, the professional knowledge of its engineers, the experience of working with important shipbuilding software are structured within the company.
The experiences gained are transferred to the sector through training and seminars. Besides the principal task of continuous development of our staff, FONDA Academy sets the ambitious goal of popularising the engineering profession and simplifying access to knowledge and best practices for young professionals and specially trained students. For this purpose, we created a professional training platform called “FONDA Academy” in 2021. Hence, under the Fonda academy platform, shipbuilding and marine technology engineering students will be able to benefit from learning university materials by combining theory and practice, participating in real engineering tasks. Thus, FONDA plays an important role in encouraging students to turn engineering education into practice.
Ship and marine technologies engineering applications, risk and safety assessment, risk-based design, resilience engineering, etc. training can be provided at FONDA Academy. We also follow the changing technology to expand these subjects and plan the next steps of our development.
